Submitting Changes to the National Court Register (KRS)

We submit to the National Court Register (KRS) changes in the composition of the management board, changes in the list of shareholders, changes of registered office, changes in the company name, and other actions requiring registration.

We prepare minutes of Shareholders’ Meetings, Management Board Meetings, as well as drafts of various resolutions and other documents. We organize annual Ordinary Shareholders’ Meetings during which financial statements are approved, and subsequently, we complete all applications and forms required to submit the financial statements to the KRS.
